Return Policy

Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Customers must notify us of their intent to return within same day of receiving the product.

Return Procedure

• To initiate a return or replacement, customers must contact us at +971 4876 3843 to generate a return ticket.
• Once the return ticket is generated, customers can ship the product back to us.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refund or Replacement

• Refunds or replacements will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
